If you are using ScanTix for the first time, you need to generate a login and password.
1) Create a Wintix clerk/password (usually all numeric for both to accommodate hand-scanners keypad) by clicking on Tools | Passwords | Edit the list of users. This should be done by the system administrator or box office manager.
2) Set the permissions for the new clerk to allow Scanning tickets.
3) Try using the new clerk/password at the URL: https://www.centerstageticketing.com/ScanTix”name of theatre”/
(You must copy and paste this link after you input the name of the theatre. It is not a live link and it is case sensitive.)
PLEASE NOTE: there are no spaces after “Scantix” when inputting the name of the theatre client. Also there are no quotations around the name of the theatre. The URL is exactly what is used from our Webtix rental sites, i. e. https://www.centerstageticketing.com/sites/ScanTixdr_theatre/
(Note that ScanTix is inserted before the name of the theatre.)
